For attention of ST2 doctors in Severn
The deanery is running a trial of longditinal supervision over the course of your ST2 year. This means you will keep the same educational supervisor for the whole year even if you move to a new department. We are hoping continuity of supervision will allow a better quality. We will be seeking feedback from both you as doctors in our training programme and your supervisors to review this process going forwards.
