Have you had a break from work for 3 months or more? If so, you are invited to join us for the next virtual paediatric return to work course! A mixture of recent updates in paediatrics, virtual SIM (that you watch and chat about in a very low-key non-threatening way) and tips about how to survive and thrive when you return to work by an expert faculty that have all had a break in training for various reasons.
We have kept the course virtual so that you can juggle other committments such as childcare (we love seeing your small people on screen to join you when needed!) and some of the sessions are recorded to access later. By attending on the day you will also be able to chat with each other in break out rooms and ask questions and share fears that you have about returning to work. It is most likely that lots of us have felt the same way 🙂
This course is free and open to any paediatric doctor who has is currently on, or recently had a break from work. This could include OOPE/C/R, parental leave or sick leave.
