Study Leave claims should be submitted to your Trust and managed by your local Postgraduate Medical Education Manager or local MEM team. Each Trust has a slightly different study leave application process and forms to fill out, so the recommendation is that you contact your local Postgraduate Medical Education team in the first instance to ensure the correct process is followed. You should also ensure they are familiar with the study leave guidance (linked here) and check that the course they wish to apply for is on the course list.
