RCPCH call out for medical students to get involved.

“The RCPCH is looking for some enthusiastic people to get involved in some projects which will build your QI, patient engagement and patient safety skills and knowledge; boost your CV and make a big contribution to the work of the RCPCH.

First opportunity:

Are you looking for a meaningful QI project? Would you like a clear plan for how to approach designing a high quality and impactful QI project? The RCPCH have gone out around the UK and found out what issues are most important to children and young people and where they would like to see change in their healthcare. The voice of these young people has been transformed into QI project plans. If you would like to join our pilot of this project and run an RCPCH CYP-informed QI project in your local area please contact me at natalie.wyatt@rcpch.ac.uk for more details.

Second opportunity

The RCPCH is looking for contributors for the Patient Safety Portal. You can be involved in any from creating one piece of content all the way up to joining the working group to develop the resource further. Along the way you will learn lots about patient safety (with evidence for curriculum domain 7&8). If you would like to get involved please contact me at natalie.wyatt@rcpch.ac.uk

Thank you very much for helping to disseminate this

thanks

Natalie
