Training less than full time offers a more flexible way of working. It can provide lots of positive opportunities. Trainees report having more enjoyment at work due to a better work life balance. More time away from work can allow for more time to explore opportunities outside of daily work life. However, there can be difficulties when working LTFT and we hope that this area on PaedsHub will provide resources, support, and allow easy, direct contact with the reps.
